Question 1

Will couples know they're talking to an assistant?

Accepted Answer

That's your choice. Many venues sign replies from the events team and say help is automated out of hours.

Question 2

Does it work with Hitched, Bridebook and my website form?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Most enquiries end up in an email inbox, and that's where the assistant works.

Question 3

What if a couple asks something unusual?

Accepted Answer

It passes the question to your team with a short summary, and tells the couple someone will be in touch.

Question 4

What does it cost to run each month?

Accepted Answer

The software costs are small, often around £10 to £50 a month depending on volume.

Question 5

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. We do the setup. You answer questions about your venue and approve the replies.
